FPC BONDING METHOD USING A LINE LASER BEAM

An FPC bonding method of a flat panel display is provided to increase the reliability of bonding by removing electrical failure by preventing a short circuit and an open circuit between electrode terminals. A laser oscillation unit(110) outputs a laser beam, and an optical fiber bundle unit(111) transmits a laser beam by being connected with the laser oscillation unit. A head unit(120) is arranged an output terminal of the optical fiber bundle unit so that the optical fiber bundle unit is airtight. An orifice unit is inserted into an output terminal of the optical fiber bundle unit. A driving unit(130) selects an input terminal of the optical fiber bundle unit within the head unit and is moved along XY direction of the head unit.
