An apparatus for cultivating scapharca broughtonii comprises a scapharca broughtonii cultivation dock(10) which contain the cultivation soil and is provided with a seawater intake/discharge door; a seawater filtration part(30) which is mounted to the seawater intake/discharge door to filter seawater; a monitoring part(40) which monitors the inside of the scapharca broughtonii cultivation dock; a seed shell maintenance unit(100) which sows the seed shells of scapharca broughtonii to the cultivation soil; and a central control part(C) which controls the inflow and discharge of the seawater into the scapharca broughtonii cultivation dock.
