A pulse heaven and earth rod is provided, which performs the exact sensing by supplementing different magnetic fields. A pulse heaven and earth rod uses stable electricity by using the plus pole of dry cell to the general metal bar. Maintaining of the exact angle is possible by using a level. Operation is soft by using bearing for the rotating unit. Pulse heaven and earth rod gathers two places of the plus pole of the dry cell to one place and makes the plus electricity of the bar end react according to the vapor of the earth and the water vein wavelength.
