A communications apparatus performing NFC in a non-contact method is provided to improve the speed of data communication without changing the upper level software. A first wireless processing unit performs data communication through a large antenna in an electronic induction scheme. A small antenna is arranged in the inner side of the large antenna. A second wireless processing unit performs data communications through the small antenna. The first wireless treatment unit operates through the large antenna as a part of a reader and a writer at NFC. The first wireless processing unit performs data communications with the card or the other communications device.
