The controller for controlling the heater, water supply valve, and water level display includes a magnetic switch (MC), bimetal switches (BM1-2), and a temperature setting relay (RY2). A solenoid valve (23) controls the water supply feeding to a water tank (11) with a water level detection relay (RY1) of a water level detection circuit (24). The magnetic switch is controlled by the relay (RY1) and a timer relay (RY3) of a timer circuit (25). The circuit (24) comprises a water level displays (31-33) displaying the water level, an alarm indicating the low level, a controller (35) controlling the water level with output of the alarm.
