<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of achieving a stable circuit operation by preventing voltage drop caused by the length of a wiring. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with a battery 90, a first circuit board 70 and a second circuit board 80. The first circuit board 70 comprises a power supply control circuit 71 for converting the voltage of power to be supplied from the battery 90 into a predetermined voltage, and a first circuit 72 on which an electronic component applied with the voltage converted by the power supply circuit 71 and performing a predetermined operation is disposed. The second circuit board 80 comprises a second circuit 81 on which an electronic component supplied with a voltage from the battery 90 and performing a predetermined operation is disposed.
