PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus of generating hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas which efficiently generates a hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas from water. SOLUTION: The apparatus of generating hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas includes: an external sheet unit 10 alternately provided with many first sheets 11 in which the main holes 11a are formed at the centers and annular gaskets 13 surrounding the main holes 11a of the first sheets 11; an internal sheet unit 20 composed of many second sheets 21 provided at the inside of an electrolytic space 10a formed by the main holes 11a or the like with prescribed intervals; front and rear covers 30, 40 provided at the front and rear of the external sheet unit 10; and water feed holes 50 and hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas exhaust holes 60 formed at the front cover 30. Then, the first sheets 11 form a body each other; the main holes 11a form a cylinder each other; the insides of the plurality of annular gaskets 13 and the main holes 11a form the electrolytic space 10a, and the parts forming the outsides of the annular gaskets 13 in the first sheets 11 serve as cooling pins.
