PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating circuit using a refrigerant having possibility of denaturation based on a temperature in a compressor, and capable of preventing polymerization of the refrigerant by preventing or suppressing decomposition of the refrigerant under the possibility of denaturation of the refrigerant caused by destruction ofπbond of the refrigerant based on the temperature in the compressor, and achieving target performance when the refrigerant like this is used. SOLUTION: In this refrigerating circuit comprising the compressor, a condenser, a pressure reducing-expanding means and an evaporator, the refrigerant having the possibility of denaturation based on the temperature in the compressor is used, and the refrigerant discharged from an outlet of the condenser is partially branched to be supplied into the compressor.
