PURPOSE:To improve the separation from a screen and a sealing resin flow preventive frame fairly thick by stamping resin outside of the resin sealing area of a substrate thereby forming a sealing resin flow preventive frame. CONSTITUTION:A stamp 1 is put on a vessel 4 in which liquid-form resin 3 for forming a sealing resin flow preventive frame is put, with its face, where projections 2, 2,... are made, downward, and the projections are soaked in the liquid-form resin 3. Then, resin 3a is transcribed, after being positioned on the surface of the substrate 5 with the stamp 1. That is, it is stamped. Hereby, a sealing resin flow preventive frame is made by stamping, so there is no fear of resin being clogged in the mesh and the separation from the screen deteriorating such as the case by screen printing method, and the sealing resin flow preventive frame can be made fairly thick by the addition and subtraction of viscosity, etc. |
