PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element capable of efficiently emitting light of white.SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting element includes: a layer 10 including blue delayed fluorescent material; a layer 11 including green fluorescent material and red fluorescent material individually or together; and a spacer layer 12 interposed between the layer 10 and the layer 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
