The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an angle and curvature detecting sensor and a sensor thereof and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an angle and curvature detecting sensor, which manufactures a thin film transistor array based back plane with a roll-to-roll gravure printing process and manufactures the sensor measuring angle variations and curvature degree of an X axis and a Y axis using the back plane, and a sensor thereof. An embodiment of the present invention provides the method for manufacturing the angle and curvature detecting sensor which comprises the steps of: manufacturing the thin film transistor back plane with the roll-to-roll gravure printing process; forming a protection layer on the thin film transistor back plane by a printing process; adhering a flexible plastic case on an upper part of the protection layer with an adhesive to form a sealed space; and filling the sealed space with a first liquid and injecting a second liquid into the sealed space.
