The present invention relates to a steering column for a vehicle. According to the present invention, as a second inclination unit of a support body penetrating through a guide hole is moved to an upper side while getting on a first inclination unit of the guide hole to be inserted into a coupling groove, a motor housing is moved to an upper side for a gap between a motor shaft and a rack bar to become far for tension of a belt to be increased, thereby preventing noise occurrence and damage to the belt in advance. Moreover, as the support body is inserted into the coupling groove by a third inclination surface of the coupling groove, and the motor housing is moved to an upper side at the same time, a gap between the motor shaft and the rack bar becomes far for tension of a belt to be increased, thereby preventing noise occurrence and damage to the belt in advance. |
