The present invention provides a method for preventing an engine stall during a signal drift of a throttle position sensor. The method for preventing an engine stall during a signal drift of a throttle position sensor comprises: a step of determining whether an MAP sensor fails; a step of measuring sensing values sensed by TPS1, TPS2, and the MAP sensor when the MAP sensor is determined to be normal; a step of using the values sensed by the TPS1 and the TPS2 to determine whether the TPS1 and the TPS2 are normal; a step of comparing the sensing values sensed by the TPS1 and the TPS2 and the sensing value sensed by the MAP sensor to determine a normal TPS; and a step of using the normal TPS to control a throttle opening amount.
