a processor-implemented geo-fencing module configured to subdivide a geographic location into a plurality of geographic regions and generate one or more geo-fences corresponding to each of the plurality of regions; a processor-implemented pricing module configured to determine a cost for delivering targeted content through the one or more of the geo-fences; and a processor-implemented store [listings?] module configured to group the one or more geo-fences corresponding to each of the plurality of regions as listings in an interface for receipt of a corresponding bid or request from a user to use the one or more geo-fences for delivery of targeted content to a user device.
