摘要

The present invention relates to a transgenic yeast for highly efficient secretory-expression of brazzein polymutant. The present invention further relates to a mass-production method for brazzein polymutant using the same. By over-expressing ERO and PDI which are protein involved in isomerization and formation of disulfide bond of protein, the formation of a proper structure of brazzein is induced, and an amount of recombinant brazzein polymutant released out from a fungus body increases as well, thereby creating a yeast expression system for highly efficient secretory-expression for brazzein polymutant.
