Provided is a method for manufacturing nail clippers. The present invention comprises the following steps: preparing a rolled reel material formed by winding band steel having a fixed width to be rolled; providing a sheet material having a fixed length by cutting the reel material with a cutter while unwinding the same in an unwind direction; providing an upper and a lower sheet having chipper blades by forming the clipper blades on the front end of the sheet material and pressing the sheet material in a first press to penetrate an axis connecting hole; providing a pressing plate having a curved portion by forming a curved support curved at a predetermined angle on the front end of the sheet material and pressing the sheet material in a second press to form a through hole; trimming edges of the sheets by putting an abrasive, a release agent, and calcium cyanide with any one of the upper and the lower sheets and the pressing plate into a rotary container rotating by a driving force of a motor; putting any one of the upper and the lower sheets and the pressing plate collected from the rotary container into a plating tank so as to form a plating layer on the surface thereof; providing a body of which the chipper blades of the upper and the lower sheets face each other by welding one end of a laminate therein the upper sheet and the lower sheet collected from the plating tank are layered with a spot welder; and assembling the pressing plate with the body by connecting the curved support of the pressing plate and a supporting axis assembled through the axis connecting hole formed on the front ends of the upper and the lower sheets of the body. |
