The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing seasoned dried pollack strips and the seasoned dried pollack strips. The seasoned dried pollack strips according to the present invention is prepared by tearing dried pollack with hands and spreading a sauce on the same to season. The sauce is prepared by mixing refined sugar, purified water, refined salt, sorbitol, IMP, a dried pollack extract, citric acid, carrageenan, oligosaccharide, etc. and aging the same. The sauce can be evenly mixed with the dried pollack strips by spraying the sauce on the dried pollack strips and then rocking the same and the total moisture content of the seasoned dried pollack is adjusted to be 20 wt% of less. According to the present invention, a processed food made of dried pollack, which can be used as a snack as well as a meal, can be provided. In addition, the present invention facilitates an intake of nutritive components of high protein dried pollack. |
