The present invention relates to a water cooled type intercooler apparatus capable of saving fuel efficiency by installing an actuator valve for bypass in a low-temperature radiator of the water cooled type intercooler apparatus, by changing a cooling water flow path and/or the number of cooling water flow paths to vary the amount of the cooling water as needed, and by reducing the power consumption of a water pump by circulating the cooling water. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water cooled type intercooler apparatus comprises a low temperature radiator, which the cooling water to cool overflowed air to be supplied to an engine is flowed in, includes: an inlet to flow the cooling water; an outlet to discharge the cooling water; a body unit formed by a plurality of connecting pipes to flow the cooling water; an one side cooling water tank to distribute the cooling water to connecting pipes of the body unit; and an other side cooling water tank formed to collect the cooling water flowed in the connecting pipes. At least one actuator valve to open or close the inside of the cooling water tank to flow the cooling water at least one among the connecting pipes formed in the body unit is installed in the cooling water tank. |
