The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device and, more specifically, to an organic light emitting display device with improved electron mobility deviation according to deterioration of a driving transistor determining the amount of electric current flowing in an organic light emitting diode, and a driving method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, element characteristics for each display device are determined, and an optimal compensation section based on deviation of element characteristics for each device is set by varying an electron mobility (μ) compensation section through an average value or an intermediate value thereof, thereby providing an organic light emitting display device realizing a high-quality image. |
