The present specification relates to an apparatus for diagnosing a battery state. According to an embodiment of the present specification, the apparatus comprises: a battery unit including a plurality of battery cells; a monitoring unit connected to the battery unit to measure a charging voltage of the battery unit; a charging unit connected to the battery unit to charge the battery unit and measuring the charging voltage of the battery unit; and a control unit separately comparing the voltages of the battery unit measured by the monitoring unit and the charging unit and determining whether a leakage current occurs in the battery unit based on the comparison result. The purpose of the present invention is to precisely diagnose the battery state. |
