The present invention relates to an optical film and an OLED display device having the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an optical film which forms a stacking structure of a polarizing film and a λ/4 phase difference film having a pattern in which first and second patterns with different optical axes are alternately formed on the same surface, thereby implementing the same reflecting color in every directions; and an OLED display device having the same.
