Disclosed are a method for RF beamforming and an apparatuses operating the same. A communications device according to an embodiment of this invention comprises: a digital RF beamformer which performs beamforming for a sample digital signal based on a weight; an oscillator which generates an oscillation signal in response to a carrier frequency; and a radio frequency (RF) modulator which generates a sending signal based on the oscillation signal and an output signal of the digital RF beamformer.
