A latch apparatus for a safety belt, having a latch plate with a latch hole, the latch apparatus includes: a housing having a safety belt insertion slot; the latch plate through the insertion slot into the housing; a vertical locking disk attached inside the housing with a perimeter having a latch hook, first and second locking portions; the latch hook locked inside the latch hole; a first elastic unit between an eccentric area and the housing; an electromagnetic lock including an electromagnetic member secured onto the housing, a retractable metal shaft into the electromagnetic member and a first latch member connected to the metal shaft and locked onto the first locking portion; a pressing lock comprising a button attached inside the housing and exposed and a second elastic unit between the button and the housing; the button having a second latch member locked onto the second locking portion. |
