A method for transmitting downlink control information in a base station comprises the steps of: assigning a control channel element aggregation level supported by each carrier component to a plurality of carrier components configuring a carrier aggregation; receiving downlink channel state information from a terminal; determining the control channel element aggregation level of the terminal, based on the downlink channel state information; assigning the control channel of the terminal to a carrier component supporting the control channel element aggregation level among the carrier components; and transmitting the control information of the terminal through the control channel of the terminal.
