Disclosed are a remote control system between heterogeneous operating systems and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system remotely supports electronic devices having different operating systems in various network environments. The system comprises: a first electronic device comprising a screen image; a second electronic device remotely controlling the first electronic device; and a relay server connecting the first electronic device to the second electronic device through a network.
