PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy for sliding bearing capable of preventing generation of seizure of a Mn-Si primary crystal and a sliding bearing.SOLUTION: There are provided a copper alloy for sliding bearing containing Zn of 25 wt.% to 48 wt.%, Mn of 1 wt.% to 7 wt.%, Si of 0.5 wt.% to 3 wt.%, Bi of 1 wt.% to 10 wt.% and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities and having Bi particles having larger circle-equivalent diameter than average circle-equivalent diameter of the Mn-Si primary crystal and Bi particles having smaller circle-equivalent diameter than average circle-equivalent diameter of the Mn-Si primary crystal on a sliding face to an opposite material; and a sliding bearing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
