PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive device that can improve an electric conduction state between a shield cover and a ground terminal, and is higher in reliability.SOLUTION: A lens drive device has: a drive unit that has a movable part in which a lens part is arranged, and a stationary part to which the movable part is anchored; a base member that has a plane viewed rectangular shape, has the shield cover adhered to a peripheral edge, and has a side face of the peripheral edge and a bottom part inner peripheral face adhered by an adhesive agent; and a ground terminal unit that is arranged in the base member and is electrically connected to the shield cover. The base member has a plurality of terminal storage parts formed into concavity further than the side face in a first side of the peripheral edge, and the ground terminal unit has a first ground terminal part to be integrally attached to the first side. The first ground terminal part has a plurality of ground terminals different in a length that is arranged apart from a side face in the plurality of terminal storage parts, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
