PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-loaded contact which can keep a pre-loaded state of a contact by itself at a reduced cost.SOLUTION: A pre-loaded contact 10 includes a substrate connection part 11, a contact surface 12, and a pair of pre-load holding parts 13. The substrate connection part 11 extends in a flat shape and solder-connected with a circuit board and the like. The contact surface 12 is electrically connected with the mating contact. The contact surface 12 erects from one end of the substrate connection part 11, and has a shape extending in a direction to be folded with the substrate connection part 11 while keeping a gap from the substrate connection part 11. The contact surface 12 includes a pair of engagement arms 122 protruded to both sides. An engagement hole 131 is formed in each of the pair of pre-load holding parts 13 to insert each of the pair of engagement arms 122 therein. The engagement arm 122 is inserted to the engagement hole 131, thereby, the contact surface 12 is kept in a pre-loaded state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
