PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device and an illumination system in which a lifetime notification function can be provided to existing illumination equipment easily and inexpensively.SOLUTION: A switch device 4 comprises an operation part 6, a switch part 7 for opening/closing an electrical path between an AC power source Vs and illumination equipment 2, a time counter 8 for accumulatively counting a current supply period from the AC power source Vs to the illumination equipment 2, and a controller 11 for controlling the opening/closing of the switch part 7 and changes the control of the opening/closing of the switch part 7 when the operation part 6 is operated after the time counter 8 accumulatively counts a predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
