According to an aspect of the present invention, a rectum phantom unit and a phantom device including the same are provided. The rectum phantom unit comprises: a holder having a penetration portion formed in a longitudinal direction thereof; a rectum mimic which includes a plurality of unit plates laminated on each other and copies a rectum of a body; and a film which is disposed between the rectum mimic and the holder and measures a dose of radiation irradiated to the rectum mimic.
