PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wheel rim in which a continuous fiber-reinforced resin material can be accurately laminated on a mold of a wheel rim having a recess shape in an outer periphery width direction.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a wheel rim, a plurality of continuous fiber-reinforced resin materials 32 are spread roughly in parallel along the direction of an axis line A of a mold 40 over an outer peripheral surface 50 of the mold 40 for molding a rim. The continuous fiber-reinforced resin material 32 is pasted and laminated roughly in parallel along the direction of the axis line A of the mold 40 on the continuous fiber-reinforced resin material layer 32-n consisting of the continuous fiber-reinforced resin materials 32 spread over the outer peripheral surface 50 of the mold 40. And a restraining material 76 is wound around the axis line A over the continuous fiber-reinforced resin material layer 32-n arranged at step parts 72, 74 of the mold 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
