PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve management control of a battery pack using an accurate cell voltage measurement value.SOLUTION: A battery system monitoring device 10 for monitoring and controlling a battery system includes a battery monitoring circuit 100 provided to each cell group 120. Each battery monitoring circuit 100 has a cell voltage measurement section 6 that is connected to both electrodes of a unit battery cell 110 of corresponding one of the cell groups 120 via a voltage detection line 2 and measures a cell voltage of each unit battery cell 110 at each predetermined timing. An RC filter 4 having a resistor and a capacitor is connected to the voltage detection line 2. The cell voltage measurement section 6 makes a measurement interval of the cell voltage longer when an accumulated charge amount of the capacitor of the RC filter 4 changes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
