PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist in grasping availability of knowledge to be registered.SOLUTION: A knowledge management method includes the processes of: reading first actual result information representing an actual result of an operation, associated with a product or service, that a creator of knowledge performs, second actual result information representing an actual result of enhancement performed for the product or service, and incident information as information an incident generated as to the product or service out of a storage part; and determining an index associated with grasping of availability of knowledge based upon a frequency of enhancement, performed after the creator ends the operation, determined from the read first actual result information and second actual result information or the read first actual result information, and the number of incidents, generated associated with the enhancement performed after the creator ends the operation, determined from the second actual result information and incident information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20 |
