PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of lowering pressure loss by reducing flow passage resistance.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 10 includes a first plate 20A and a second plate 20C arranged opposing to the first plate 20A. The first plate 20A and the second plate 20C respectively have an outer peripheral region 21, a thin wall region 22 which is formed on the inside of the outer peripheral region 21 which is thinner than the outer peripheral region 21, and a plurality of heat transfer fins 25 provided so as to protrude from the thin wall region 22 in the thickness direction of the first plate 20A or the second plate 20C respectively. Each heat transfer fin 25 is arranged being separated in a plane direction from the outer peripheral region 21 and the other heat transfer fins 25. The plurality of heat transfer fins 25 of the first plate 20A and the plurality of heat transfer fins 25 of the second plate 20C are arranged so as not to overlap with each other in a plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
