PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control unit which effectively radiates heat generated in a power semiconductor element by using an inexpensive power substrate and drives a motor, and to provide the motor including the control unit, an electric power steering device including the motor, a vehicle including the electric power steering device, a transfer device including the motor, and industrial machinery including the motor.SOLUTION: A control unit 19 includes a power substrate 22 in which a power semiconductor element 23 for controlling driving of a motor 5 is mounted on one surface 22A. The power substrate 22 is formed by a resin substrate. A heat diffusion part 24 formed by a material having high heat diffusibility is mounted on the power substrate 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
