摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve neutron measurement accuracy of a neutron measurement device.SOLUTION: The neutron measurement device has a neutron detector 2 and a measuring instrument 3. The neutron detector 2 includes a scintillation detection section which comprises as one set: moderators 21A, 21B, 21C, 21D, 21E for moderating neutrons; scintillators 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E for receiving the neutrons and emitting light; and light guide bodies 23A, 23B, 23C, 23D, 23E for guiding the light from the scintillators 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E. The neutron detector 2 has a spherical shape formed by stacking the plurality of scintillation detection sections. The scintillators 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E are formed in a band shape in which fluoride crystals are dispersed in resin, and the plurality of scintillators are arranged along a meridian that connects two poles N, S of a sphere, and arranged with a predetermined gap region in the latitude direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
