EVALUATION METHOD OF BIODEGRADATION

The present invention relates to a method for evaluating biodegradation and, more specifically, relates to a method for evaluating biodegradation, which evaluates the biodegradation of a biodegradable polymer substance in a rapid and accurate manner. According to the present invention, the method for evaluating biodegradation comprises the steps of: manufacturing an analysis sample using a crusher and a biodegradable polymer sample; inserting the analysis sample, a microorganism culturing medium, and anaerobic sludge in a sealed-type flask; culturing the flask in a stirrer at a constant temperature after sealing the same; measuring an amount of gas generation produced by analyzing an atmospheric composition; calculating a speed of gas generation per specific surface area; and evaluating the biodegradation.
