The method for automatically diagnosing an electric power facility comprises the following steps. A measurement device measures failure occurrence of the electric power facility and transmits device identification information registered in an internal memory in addition to the measurement data. An operator terminal performs a communication interaction with the measurement device to receive the measurement data from the measurement device and transmits operator identification information registered in the internal memory in addition to the received measurement data. An automatic diagnosis server of the electric power facility receives the measurement data from the measurement device or the operator terminal, checks the device identification information and the operator identification information, reads standard data corresponding to the device identification information, and diagnoses a failure of the electric power facility by comparing the measurement data with the standard data.
