A liquid crystal display (LCD) monitor, comprising: an LCD panel, for displaying a frame; a timing controller, for generating a polarity control signal and a latch signal; and a driving circuit, comprising a plurality of source drivers, a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage; wherein each source driver of the plurality source drivers comprises: a comparison circuit, for comparing a common electrode voltage with the first reference voltage and the second reference voltage, to generate a comparison result;an enabling circuit, coupled to the comparison circuit, for generating an enabling signal according to the comparison result, a source driving signal and a reset signal;a horizontal dot inversion control circuit, coupled to the enabling circuit, for generating a horizontal dot inversion control signal according to the enabling signal; anda polarity control circuit, coupled to the enabling circuit, for generating a polarity inversion control signal and the reset signal according to the enabling signal, the polarity control signal and the latch signal; wherein the driving circuit is configured to switch between a plurality of inversion driving methods according to a value of the common electrode voltage, and a driving method is selected from the plurality of inversion driving methods when the horizontal dot inversion control signal and the polarity inversion control signal are supplied to control the LCD panel according to the comparison result; wherein the first reference voltage is higher than the second reference voltage.
