PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which is easy to control in temperature property and has a larger non-load Q value by shifting the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency to the negative side while keeping the dielectric ceramic property. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric ceramic composition is formed of composite perovskite-structure oxide which is represented by a general equation: Ba[(CoxNiyZnz)(1+v)/3Nb2(1-2v)/3Wv]O3, where 0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<1, 0<v<=0.1 and x+y+z=1, or the same containing manganese oxide. |
