PURPOSE:To improve extraction efficiency and to perform filtration and concentration at the same time by installing, in an extracting tank, a rotating tank of a porous construction into which material to be extracted is thrown, fitting an agitating motor to the rotating tank and simultaneously arranging a filter body on the inner wall surface of the rotating tank. CONSTITUTION:When a rotating tank 2 is turned, water is delivered to the periphery in a swirl state by agitating action due to its centrifugal force, causing a shredded material of a crude drug 18 being material to be extracted, to strike the inner wall of the rotating tan through a filter body F. At this time, water being a solvent, is passed through pored of the rotating tank 2 through the filter body F and transferred to a clearance 19 between the extracting tank 1 and the rotating tank 2 and simultaneously raised along the wall surface of the extracting tank 1 by agitating action of the rotating tank 2 and falls down from the upper part of the rotating tank 2 like a fall into the rotating tank 2. Then, the water is again delivered to the periphery in a swirl state in the rotating tank 2 to come into contact with the shredded material of a crude drug 18. This state is repeated by circulation, causing the contacted amount of the water and the shredded material of a crude drug 18 to be extremely increased, permitting extraction efficiency to be improved. |
