PURPOSE:To easily execute the planning of the income and outgo of business even if there is no professional knowledge. CONSTITUTION:Legal building coverage is calculated by a building coverage calculating means 8 based on the land related data inputted through an input means 2 and professional data stored in a professional data table 10. The number of stories of a building to satisfy a shade regulation is determined by a number of stories determining means 12 by using data in a shade regulation data table on the basis of the land related data, use of building data, and the legal building coverage, and the legal ratio of building volume to lot is calculated by a building volume ratio calculating means 14 based on this number of stories and the data inputted till then. Then, legal total floor area is calculated by a legal total floor area calculating means 16, building area by a building area calculating means 18, total working expense by a total working expense calculating means 20, and long-term business income and outgo is calculated by a long-term business income and outgo calculating means 24 respectively. |
