PURPOSE:To improve operability in the case that a frame existing in an arbitrary page is moved to the desired position of the desired page by moving the frame displayed on the page of a moving destination to the moving destination in response to the designation of the moving destination in the page of the moving destination. CONSTITUTION:In a document processor which generates a sentence 20 extending over plural pages on the basis of prescribed format, and simultaneously, generates the frame 21 of desired size at a desired position as occasion demands, and further, edits the sentence 20 and the frame 21 as occasion demands, the corresponding frame 21 is displayed at the same position of the page of the moving destination in response to the designation of the frame in the prescribed page and the designation of the page of the moving destination, and the frame 21 displayed on the page of the moving destination is moved to the moving destination 23 in response to the designation of the moving destination in the page of the moving destination. Accordingly, in the case that the frame is moved across the page, there is no need to generate the new frame and delete the former frame, and the operability can be improved. |
