This invention uses a solar battery and commercial power to charge energy in a battery to activate an invertor circuit. This system provides an alternative energy source through the use of solar power. The solar battery (1) and the commercial power (2) is connected to the base of the transistor (Q1), through the hold-up circuit (3) and the power level measuring circuit (4). The collector is connected to the pulse length modulation generator (11)'s charging circuit (5). The excess charge prevention circuit (12) and condensor are connected to the resistances (R13-R15). The charging circuit (5) is connected to the battery (6). The battery (6) is then connected to the excess charge prevention circuit (9).
