PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of the battery capacity while being safe and excellent in a cycle characteristic by making a positive electrode collector sheet out of a binder of carbon powder. CONSTITUTION:A lithium secondary battery is composed of a positive electrode wherein a binder of a positive electrode mix is layered on a positive electrode collector sheet, a negative electrode wherein a binder of graphite powder is layered on a negative electrode collector sheet, an electrolyte having lithium trifluoromethane sulfonic acid as a solute and a separator. Then, the positive electrode collector sheet is composed of a binder of carbon powder possible to store and emit anious. As the carbon powder, Fullerene, coke, graphite to be expressed by C60, C72 can be mentioned in addition to amorphous carbon such as acetylene black, carbon black, however, those having the hexagonal close-packed crystalline structure such as coke, graphite having the size of crystallite 8Angstrom or more in the c-axis direction in the X-ray diffraction Fullerene and closed shell spherical molecules represented by Fullerene are desirable in point of capability of storage and emission of the anions. |
