PURPOSE:To effectively utilize waste heat, to actuate a bag filter device and an NOx removing device in the conditions of optimum temperature and to remove harmful substance at high removal rate by recovering heat of high temperature exhaust gas and thereafter, supplying exhaust gas to the bag filter device, furthermore utilizing the recovered heat to warm exhaust gas and then supplying exhaust gas to the NOx removing device. CONSTITUTION:Heat of high temperature exhaust gas discharged from a waste incinerator 1 is recovered by the heating medium of a heating medium heater 3 of the front part. The temperature of exhaust gas is lowered at the temperature close to dew point. Then, slaked lime is mixed with the exhaust gas and thereafter, harmful substance contained in exhaust gas is removed by a bag filter device 7 to obtain clean exhaust gas. Furthermore, the clean exhaust gas is heated by preveiously recovered heat while the same is passed through a heating medium heater 8 of the rear part. Thereafter, the heated high temperature clean exhaust gas is treated in an NOx removing device equipped with a denitrification catalyst to remove NOx contained in exhaust gas. |
