DENITRATION CATALYST WITH DUST STICKING PREVENTIVE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent dust from depositing on the inlet part of a catalyst main body by mounting a lower grid plate having open spaces of the same shape as those in the form of a grid of the catalyst body on the gas inlet part of the catalyst main body and arranging an upper grid plate at the prescribed interval above the lower grid plate. CONSTITUTION:A heat resistant hard lower grid plate 11 having open spaces of the same shape as those in the form of a grid of a catalyst body 2 is tightly mounted on the upper surface of the catalyst body 2. And similarly a heat resistant hard grid plate 13 having open spaces in the form of a grid of the same shape as those of the lower grid plate 11 is arranged at the prescribed interval above the lower grid plate 11. And the space between the two plates 11, 13 is maintained and further an inserting bar member for fixing 15 is inserted into an exhaust gas passage of the catalyst main body 2. Then by turbulence effect of gas passing through the upper grid plate, dust depositing on the upper surface of the lower grid plate is blown off and passing of gas is not hindered.
