CONSTITUTION:When the specified travel state of a vehicle is detected by a vehicle travel state detecting means H7, a pressure intensifying valve H4 is operated by a pressure intensifying valve operating means H8 regardless of the failure of a booster H2, so that the long-term left state of the pressure intensifying valve H4 is avoided to prevent the components of the pressure intensifying valve H4 from being stuck.
