A lacquer for very fine sheet metal packings, particularly for internal and external seam lacquering of solders, welded or stuck tin cans, is based on an OH-functional acrylic resin and polyisocyanate. - More specifically lacquer consists of 100 parts acrylic resin and 8-10 parts triisocyanate, and conventional components. - The lacquer sets in the cold provides a colourless pore-free, non-sticky seam covering having excellent resistance to sterilisation and corrosion.
