Heat exchanger contains several tube elements and circular spaces for conveying either the hot gases or the medium being heated. The gases are obtained from a fired burner inside the tubular heat transfer element and are conveyed in a direction opposite to that of the heated medium. There are several outlets distributed over the length of the heat transfer elements, for the heated medium to emerge.
